To be eligible a customer must accept a tender and pay the $5,000 acceptance fee within 14 days of issue, sign a contract for the construction of a MexLucky Move range home within 7 days of issue, appoint MyChoice Homes Loans as the mortgage broker, pay the first progress payment (the remainder of 5% of contract price) within 5 days of invoice. If the conditions above are met and a dedicated agreement is included in the construction contract, MexLucky will not request payment of any progress payment except the first progress payment until the home has reached practical completion.
